Apparel & Garment Print Equipment
We have a range of print solutions for garment / apparel print, can accommodate short run requests through to substantive production. Our garment and merchandise department of different transfer print technologies including embroidery, DTF, sublimation and laser based products.
We have a fleet of industry standard Adkins heat presses which allow us to produce short run garment and apparel at realistic price points.
2025 saw a major overhaul with an update to bring in more embroidery capacity, with an additional six head machine. Which gives us daily capacity in excess of 200-250 garments a day, which more thread colours online at a time.
Nestled in alongside the garments is the equipment for merchandise print, with direct to item UV print which is great for pens, stress balls and much more. With sublimation print for mugs on a multi-head machine which allows for efficient print of volumes.
The beauty is our print portfolio is it allows us to flex how we produce items like casebound notebooks either by DTF print or direct UV print.
This department allows us to flex to meet needs from small requests to substantial production volumes, whether garment and apparel through to merchandise items.
